Growth Living is a NDIS Provider specialising in High-Intensity care. It is owned and operated by an experienced Registered Nurse that train, supervise and monitor the delivery of care within our Austral home. Growth Living provides 24-hour care in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and accommodation services within our house.

We believe that a person’s journey always begins with a single step.

Growth Living provides support services that focuses on the individual and empowering them by giving choices and control of what they want and need to live a fulfilled life with their loved ones. We recognise each person as an individual with different sets of abilities, rather than disabilities.

24/7 Support by Registered Nurses

Inclusive to our accommodation services, we provide Registered Nursing management, care and support services.

30+ Years Experience

Our team of Registered Nursing staff have a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge. These specialties are medical (acute/chronic), neurology, stroke, surgical, critical care, mental health and behaviour management.

Delivery of Complex Care

Our Registered Nurses are able to deliver, train, assess, supervise and monitor staff to ensure high standards of safe care is provided to each individual.
