If you’re interested in applying for a room within our accommodation services, we’re here to guide you through the application process. Here’s how to get started.

Getting started is simple
- NDIS Support Plan: Before applying, you must have a registered NDIS Support Plan. If not, we are happy to be contacted and assist in the application process.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our team either through phone, email, or by visiting our website and completing the application form. We’re happy to address any initial questions you may have and provide more information about the application process. Our friendly staff will guide you through the necessary steps.
- Initial Assessment: As part of the application process, we will conduct an initial assessment to better understand your needs, goals, and preferences. This assessment helps us determine the level of support required and our ability to meet your specific requirements. During this process, a meeting will be conducted so you are able to meet our team, home and see the types of services that will be provided on a daily basis.
- Funding: During the application process, a review is conducted to ensure our service delivery is financially suitable to provide safe delivery of higher support requirements over 24 hours a day.
- Application review: Once we have received all the necessary information and documentation, our team will review your application thoroughly. We consider all applications seriously and strive to ensure a prompt review, transparency and communication during this process.
